-Arithmacy is a branch of Magic concerned with magical properties of numbers. Those who practice this branch are called Arithmancers. In the 1200s, Bridget Wenlock discovered the magical property of seven.
-Charms is a type of magical spell(s) concerned with enchanting an object in an abnormal way. Examples of some charms are: the Fidelius Charm or Memory charms. Charms are generally the opposite of curses and have a more positive tone. However charms are not weaker magic like most assume, in fact a well chosen charm can counter any hex, jinx, or curse—winning a duel.
